aliens not gov is an independent creative project. These terms govern your use of the site and the purchase of digital products.

1. About this site

aliens not gov ("the Project") is an independent creative and editorial project produced by:

The Project is a satirical and creative work. Nothing on this site is an official statement from any government, agency, or institution. The "Zephyrian Alliance," all alien characters, dossiers, and timelines are fiction.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this site, signing up to the newsletter, or purchasing a digital product, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. The free dossier preview

The 10-page free preview is delivered by email after you sign up. You may use it for personal viewing only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is not permitted without written consent.

4. The full dossier (€50 paid product)

The full "Triple A: All Time Alien · The Zephyrian" dossier is a digital product sold for €50 (VAT included where applicable).

What you get

• Full digital dossier in PDF format
• The complete story of the Zephyrian Alliance, never published anywhere else
• Behind-the-scenes documentation, illustrations, classified-style layouts
• Lifetime access to all updates of the dossier

Delivery

Immediately after payment, you receive a download link by email. Delivery is automatic and electronic. No physical product is shipped.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We never see or store your card details.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian D.Lgs. 21/2014), digital content delivered by email or download is exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, provided you have given express prior consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal upon download.

By proceeding with the purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download begins.

6. Refunds

Because the dossier is a non-tangible digital product delivered immediately, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue (broken file, missing link), email m.caddeo@easytaskdesign.com within 14 days and we will resolve it or issue a full refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site - text, images, video, illustrations, the dossier itself - is the intellectual property of EasyTask Design / Michele Caddeo unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute the content without written permission.

Personal and non-commercial sharing of small excerpts (with attribution and a link back to the site) is welcomed.

8. Newsletter

The newsletter is sent occasionally with project updates and new releases. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

9. Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, EasyTask Design will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or the digital products.

Maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the price paid for that purchase.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Italy. EU consumers retain the protections granted by their country of residence.

EU consumers can also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect any change. For material changes affecting an existing purchase or subscription, we will notify you by email.
